New Agreement for the Flights Between Turkey and Tajikistan

With the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Turkey and Tajikistan; both parties have mutually obtained the right to increase the weekly frequencies from 3 to 4 on the route of Istanbul-Dushanbe v.v. and weekly 1 frequency on the route of Istanbul-Khujand v.v.

Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation and Tajikistan Civil Aviation Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding as a result of the negotiations which was held in Ankara on 27 March 2015.

Existing agreement has been revised and with negotiations conducted by Mr. Bilal EKŞİ (Director General of Turkish Civil Aviation Authority) and Mr. Anvar NUROV (Head of Tajik Civil Aviation) frequencies have been specified which was previously operated on the basis of fair and equal opportunity.

With the signed Memorandum of Understanding; weekly 3 frequencies on the route of Istanbul-Dushanbe v.v. were recorded. Additionally, in case of the allocation of weekly 4 frequencies on the route of Istanbul-Dushanbe v.v. reciprocally, it has been agreed that weekly 1 frequency on the route of Istanbul-Khujand v.v. will be reciprocally recognized.
