Developing Countries Training Programme has been delivered…
6 Jan 2017We are pleased to announce that, in the scope of the project TUR/15/801 Republic of Turkey - ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme, which is administered by ICAO’s Technical Cooperation Bureau under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Management Service Agreement between Republic of Turkey and ICAO signed on 19 February 2015 and 28 August 2015 respectively.
The following training programmes have been delivered in Ankara, Turkey as announced by the State Letter 2016-84
- Certification of Aerodromes on 21 to 23 November 2016
- Introduction to SMS&SSP on 28 to 30 November 2016
- Ramp Inspection Awareness on 5 to 7 December 2016
- ntroduction to Aviation Security Management on 14 to 16 December 2016
Under the project, 40 fellowships were awarded to applicants from Algeria, Albania Belarus, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Chile, Georgia, Guyana, Jordan, Kenya Kuwait, Kyrgyz Republic, Lao, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Nigeria, Slovenia, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Tunisia and Ukraine.
Turkish DGCA is very keen to continue to provide these training to the Developing Countries in 2017 and so forth.
