The morning session started with a workshop on “Innovation in Application Support”. In this workshop, ideas and suggestions on how to better integrate innovation into application support activities were shared. Then, another workshop was held with the title of “Using the Pandemic for New Education Opportunities”. In this workshop, views were exchanged on the lessons learned from the pandemic in the field of aviation education and how to use them to increase the effectiveness of the training.

The panels held on the second day of the symposium continued as follows:
- In the panel titled “Developing Partnerships for Efficient, Sustainable and Inclusive Practice Support Activities”, the importance of establishing partnerships with international/regional organizations and industry players was emphasized for the compliance of member states with ICAO standards and recommended practices, and within this framework, for efficient, sustainable and inclusive support.

- In the panel titled “Managing Aviation Education Intelligence: Advanced System Integration”; The methods that will rapidly meet the demands of the growing aviation industry, as well as the safety and security requirements, were discussed. It was discussed how knowledge sharing in aviation education, including systems integration, could support the training needs of qualified aviation personnel required to meet the future demands of the industry.

“Integrating App Support with Emerging Trends: How will app support meet the urgent needs associated with new trends?” The importance of adapting to emerging technological trends and innovations and responding to them in a timely manner with optimized aviation solutions was emphasized. In the panel, where ICAO and other organizations determined their current and future needs in line with the rising trends of the aviation industry, views were exchanged on both hardware and software effects of new technologies, as well as methodologies that facilitate implementation support activities.

- In the panel titled "Customizing Education According to the Needs of the Industry", it was pointed out that the way of training should be changed and improved in order to meet the emerging needs of the aviation industry, including the change experienced during the pandemic process, and opinions and suggestions on how to constantly update, develop and customize education.

-“ICAO Application Packages (iPacks): What's next?” In the panel themed, the opportunities created by ICAO application packages (iPacks) were evaluated. Civil Aviation General Managers of ICAO member countries shared their experiences with the participants about the challenges and opportunities related to the implementation of iPacks. They also exchanged views on the development of the iPack initiative and how to create and update efficiency implementation support.

At the "Human Resources and Capacity Building Roadmap" panel, the design of the aviation training and capacity building roadmap was discussed. The importance of designing a roadmap for the development of plans that will ensure that countries have the necessary human resources, skills, technology and operational environment in order to carry out all aviation activities in accordance with ICAO provisions was discussed. In line with the roadmap of all stakeholders and countries, the role of training organizations was emphasized to support human resources requirements for achieving national goals in air transport.
