Third Party Dangerous Goods Training Organizations authorized by Türkiye DGCA in accordance with national and international requirements to provide competency-based dangerous goods training related with job functions for cabin, cockpit, ground operation personnel, dispatcher, load masters, technical warehouse personnel prepare dangerous goods packages, persons prepare dangerous goods packages and security personnel responsible for x-ray screening in the transportation of dangerous goods by air.

The organizations, which are authorized by our Directorate General in order to conduct exams and trainings to be provided to the personnel who will obtain aircraft maintenance technician license, are designated as SHY-147 Maintenance Training Organization.

The organizations which train pilots for commercial air operators, as well as general and sports aviation operators in accordance with the principles determined under the framework of the national and international regulations, which are authorized by our Directorate General, which provide flight training services, and which are designated as Approved Training Organization (ATO).

The organizations which deliver basic trainings to Flight Operations Officers (Dispatchers), performing all the required flight planning and monitor the flight throughout the flight with the purpose of ensuring that the flights are operated primarily on safe basis, and which are authorized by our Directorate General.

The organizations authorized to provide the candidate Cabin Crew Members with the trainings such as Fire and smoke training, Survival training, Medical cases and first aid, Passenger management, etc., which are designated as Initial Safety Training, the subjects of which are determined in accordance with the related legislation by our Directorate General are called as Cabin Crew Initial Safety Training Organizations and authorized by our Directorate General.

Security training requirements for any and all personnel, serving in Civil Aviation industry, are set out in Instruction on Civil Aviation Security Training and Certification- SHT-17.2. As per the above-mentioned instruction; aviation operators, which intend to provide their own personnel with the related trainings, and which satisfy the requirements set out therein, are authorized as In-Service Training Organization and allowed to deliver training to their own personnel at the training fields for which they have been authorized.

In addition to this; the training organizations, which intend to provide any third parties with trainings on commercial basis, and which satisfy the requirements set out therein, are authorized by our Directorate General and allowed to deliver the trainings, for which they have been authorized, in consideration of a fee.
